Between 7/14/23 2:41PM Pacific time and 7/15/23 1:00 PM Pacific time, some users may have experienced difficulties while working in Box. During this time, users may have received an error when creating a new Box Note from a saved template. The issue occurred as a result of a recent infrastructure change that is part of an ongoing effort to improve performance and stability. We were able to resolve the issue by reverting the change. In addition, we are working to improve our infrastructure rollout processes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. In addition, we have added additional testing and audited service interactions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
