Degradation of Content API and Box Web Application

Earlier this morning, we addressed an issue with the Content API and Web Application affecting users in the Eastern US and Europe. Affected users may have received intermittent 504 errors when making Content API calls or accessing the Box Web Application. We have confirmed no additional impact to these services has been observed. Our apologies for any disruption.
