We investigated and resolved an issue impacting Box's Uploads, Downloads and Content API services from approximately 6:39 AM US Pacific time to 6:42 AM US Pacific time. A small subset of users may have seen increased errors when using these services. A problematic host was identified as the cause and was removed to prevent further impact. This issue is considered resolved and no further updates will be provided.
