Starting on September 6th, Box will perform a planned maintenance to upgrade the Box FTP Server. The maintenance will occur over a three day period from September 6th through September 8th, for three hours each day, beginning at 8:00AM Pacific Daylight Time to 11:00AM Pacific Daylight Time each day.
During this maintenance window, we do not anticipate a degradation of performance or adverse user impact. To mitigate potential risk, we have built a detailed test and execution plan. We will also closely monitor the status of the Box FTP Server throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter. Updates on the maintenance as well as any changes in status will be shared through our status site, https://status.box.com.
