SSO Scheduled Maintenance

Starting on Friday, November 14th, 2025 Box will perform a minor update to our Single Sign On (SSO) cluster. The maintenance will begin at 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time and is expected to complete by 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. During this window, we expect the Box Admin Console SSO Certificate Manager to be briefly unavailable.

We do not anticipate any other adverse user impact to SSO logins or services from this activity, and, to mitigate potential risk, we have built a detailed test and execution plan. We will also closely monitor the status of the SSO service throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter. Updates on the maintenance as well as any changes in status will be shared through our status site, https://status.box.com.
