Our planned maintenance to upgrade our Single Sign On (SSO) cluster is now In Progress. This is expected to complete by August 25, 2023. We do not anticipate adverse user impact to SSO logins from this activity. We will also closely monitor the status of the SSO service throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter.

This maintenance has been postponed and will begin on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10:00am Pacific Daylight Time. The maintenance is still expected to complete by August 25, 2023.
During this maintenance window, the Self-Service SSO Setup, Signing Certificate Manager, and SSO Test Mode/Required toggles in the Box Admin Console will not be available. If you need to implement a change to your SSO connection or certificate during this time, please reach out to our support team via https://support.box.com.

We will also closely monitor the status of the SSO service throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter.
