To provide additional transparency during this COVID-19 and remote work period and as a courtesy to our users we provide the following notification:
This weekend, June 6th and 7th, Box will perform planned maintenance on our compute infrastructure. The maintenance will take place throughout the weekend beginning Saturday, June 6th at 8:00 AM PST and concluding by Midnight PST, Sunday June 7th. While we are performing this maintenance, customer traffic will be served by other compute clusters in Box's data centers. Impact is not expected and we have built a detailed test and execution plan. We will also closely monitor the status of the Box Services throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter. Updates on the maintenance as well as any changes in status will be shared through our status site.
