Incident Report for Box
From approximately 10:09 AM Pacific to 10:59 AM Pacific today, there was an issue impacting Box Search. Users may have seen errors when searching for content or seen empty search results. To clarify: there were two periods of Box Search issues today from approximately 6:00 AM Pacific to 6:38 AM Pacific and from 10:09 AM Pacific to 10:59 AM Pacific. Steps have been taken to resolve the issues and no further impact has been observed outside of these times.
