Box Sign Scheduled Maintenance

Starting on Friday, September 4th, 2026 Box will be performing maintenance on Box Sign. The maintenance will begin at 11 PM Pacific Standard Time and is expected to complete by 1 AM Pacific Standard Time.

Box Sign may be briefly unavailable. Existing Box Sign data will not be affected.

After the maintenance concludes, users will be able to resume activity with Box Sign normally. We will also closely monitor the status of Box Sign throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter. Updates on the maintenance as well as any changes in status will be shared through our status site, https://status.box.com.
