Earlier this morning, we addressed an intermittent issue with the Web Application. Affected users may have received intermittent 500 errors and a "Temporarily Unavailable" message when accessing the Box Web Application between 11:21 - 11:58am Pacific. We have confirmed no additional impact to this service has been observed. Our apologies for any disruption.
