Our planned maintenance to upgrade our Single Sign On (SSO) cluster is now In Progress. This is expected to complete by September 8th, 2023 at 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. We do not anticipate adverse user impact to SSO logins from this activity. We will also closely monitor the status of the SSO service throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter.
Any additional updates will continue to be shared through our status site until this maintenance is complete. If you do experience any issues, please contact Box Support via https://support.box.com.

Starting on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023 Box will perform a second planned maintenance to upgrade our Single Sign On (SSO) cluster. The maintenance will begin at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time and is expected to complete by September 8th, 2023 at 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
During this maintenance window, the Self-Service SSO Setup, Signing Certificate Manager, and SSO Test Mode/Required toggles in the Box Admin Console will not be available. If you need to implement a change to your SSO connection or certificate during this time, please reach out to our support team via https://support.box.com.
We do not anticipate adverse user impact to SSO logins from this activity, and, to mitigate potential risk, we have built a detailed test and execution plan. We will also closely monitor the status of the SSO service throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter. Updates on the maintenance as well as any changes in status will be shared through our status site, https://status.box.com.
