From approximately 2:36 PM to 2:41 PM US Pacific time, Login, Upload, Download, Public API and Notes were briefly unavailable to all users. The direct cause has been identified as a recent change. The impacting change has been reverted and service health has been fully restored. This incident is considered resolved.
