Box Engineers have identified that Preview for new users is also impacted. Box Engineers are still working to remediate the issue.

New users (Managed and App Users) created after 3:30pm Pacific today (7/26) may be unable to upload or download content. In addition, these users may be unable upload images in a Box Note, the file-size/timestamp on the Box Note may not update, and the Note may not be searchable. Box Engineers have identified the cause of this issue and are actively working to remediate.
