[Minor] Issue with Uploads and Downloads

We identified and resolved an issue that impacted Box's Uploads and Downloads services from approximately 7:39 PM US Pacific time to 7:46 PM US Pacific time. A subset of users may have seen errors when using these services. A problem with a backend host was identified and the host was replaced to prevent further impact. This issue is considered resolved and no further updates will be provided.
